We rent a beautiful, bright office space in a lovingly furnished office in the Agnesviertel. There are three of us working in online marketing and we have an additional room that we don’t need.
There is a desk (2.00*0.60 meters) and a desk chair available. Printer, WLAN and kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea maker) can be shared by arrangement.
The room is very quiet as it is located in the backyard/4th floor. Easily accessible by public transport via Ebertplatz and Hansaring. Gastronomy and shopping for daily needs within walking distance.
If rented by 1 person, the rental price is €400 plus VAT. If rented by 2 people, the rental price is €650 plus VAT.
Additional costs as well as electricity and WiFi are included in the price.
We would initially rent the room for a month with the possibility of an extension.
