About the space

The business center is located on the 3rd and 4th floor in one of the three crane houses in the Cologne harbor area. The design is intended to evoke harbor cranes that were once found along the banks of the Rhine. Like its two neighboring 17-story towers, Kranhaus 1 has the shape of an inverted “L” and was designed by the architects Bothe, Richter and Teherani. Kranhaus1 won a MIPIM award shortly after its completion.

A total of 42 fully equipped offices on 1100 m² of office space are available to you here. A flexible area rental, from about 15 m² to the closed office floor is possible here. In addition to a total of almost 100 workstations, numerous meeting and conference rooms are also available.
