Embedded between various other traders, our offer can be found in the Alpha house on Stormstrasse 1 in Rheinhausen.

You can use the rooms as offices or as practice rooms. Visitors (customers and patients) can use various public parking spaces nearby and do not have to put up with long walks. The commercial area also includes areas in the basement.

The shop is opted for sales tax.

As mentioned above, this commercial space is located in the so-called Alpha house at Stormstraße 1 in Rheinhausen.

The Alpha House can be described as a medical center because a number of doctors from different disciplines have already settled there. There is also a pharmacy, a beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. All this is embedded in a neat and well-kept residential area.

Depending on the layout, 3-4 treatment rooms, 1 waiting room, registration and a visitor’s toilet can be created on the ground floor. In the basement (colored bordered area in the basement floor plan) are common and sanitary rooms for the employees, as well as material and laboratory areas possible.
