From October 1, 2026, werkhain will offer a move-in-ready, private 165 m² team space for up to 25 people. Located in a distinctive former industrial building in Berlin-Friedrichshain, the space combines the privacy of a dedicated floor with professionally managed office infrastructure. The private space includes a kitchenette, a meeting room, and six phone booths. Height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, monitors, 1,000 Mbps fiber-optic internet, 24/7 access, daily cleaning, and mail and reception services are all included. Tenants also have access to coworking and communal areas, meeting and conference rooms for 1 to 20 people, lounges, a 100 m² community kitchen, a rooftop terrace, showers, bicycle parking, and unlimited beverages. The location is directly next to the Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. Promotional rate: €6,900 net per month for the first three months, based on a minimum term of 18 months. Thereafter, the standard rate is €9,500 net per month, plus VAT. Shorter lease terms are available upon request. Available from October 1, 2026.
