About the space

This office community (software development, games studio) has two connected offices on the ground floor and is looking for nice subtenants for an indefinite period.

The rooms are part of our two-storey coach house on the 2nd floor of a typical Friedrichshain industrial complex. The depot itself used to be an exhibition building for a furniture factory, and some elements from that time have survived.

The bright rooms include a small hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. Both rooms can be locked. Both rooms have parquet floors and old double windows. The windows have blinds, which is relevant from a security point of view. There is also a hatch between the large room and the hallway, which is provided with frosted glass.

The first room is about 20 m² and has two windows, the back room is 10 m² and has one window. The back room is only accessible through the great room. Since the rooms are on the ground floor, it is always pleasantly cool in summer. In the big office, 3-4 people can work generously, the back one is suitable for 1-2 people.

The office has very fast internet (upload and download) and the rooms have network connections

furnished in the walls and in the large office in the floor.

The kitchen has a stove with oven, a coffee machine, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. It also offers space to sit and eat. You can also prepare your own lunch here. Alternatively, there is a wide range of dining options in the area.

The office is also easily accessible by public transport via the M10 and the U5.

The stated rental price is net (excluding VAT). As can be seen in the pictures. Currently there is still furniture in the rooms, which can be cleared out if desired or left inside if necessary.
