About the space

The “Tempowerkring 19” building is located in the middle of the hit-Technopark in Hamburg-Harburg and offers good connections to the Hamburg underground and S-Bahn network as well as to the A7 motorway.

The modern office building has approx. 2,024 sqm of office space spread over 3 floors. Each floor has a rental area of approx. 550 to 850 sqm. 12 outdoor parking spaces and 35 underground parking spaces were taken into account in the planning.

The hit-Technopark offers work in the park with the best transport connections.

The A7 motorway can be reached in 2 minutes and takes you to the center of Hamburg in 15 minutes. Heading south takes you to the centers of Bremen and Hanover.

The A1, 8 km away, takes you to Lübeck, Rostock and Berlin.

The Hamburg-Harburg train station, 4.5 km away, offers you connections to ICEs, as well as to all long-distance, local and S-Bahn trains.

The stops for bus lines 241/141, which take you to Harburg city center and the Harburg train station, are right in front of the hit.

After 30 km, Hamburg Airport can be easily reached via the A7.
