About the space

We are a technology company and supply high-quality spare parts to the semiconductor industry. The purity and cleanliness of the products is very important. Our administrative headquarters and a warehouse are located in Martinsried.

Due to internal reorganization, we have up to 500 square meters of office or warehouse space to sell. The lease runs until April 2019 (3.5 years) and we have an option to extend it to the total area.

Our areas are on the ground floor (warehouse with ramp) and on the 1st floor (office with large kitchen, passenger and freight elevator).

We can either rent partial areas, use the entire area together (and possibly use synergies such as telephone service, meeting rooms, warehouse management, etc.) or rent out an entire floor. We rent the office furnished or unfurnished.

The building is well preserved. Lunch, bus station (S-Bahn Graefelfing 10 minutes, underground Grosshadern 10 minutes), Autobahn A96 in 5 minutes. Donnersbergerbrücke is 15 minutes without traffic, with traffic about 25 minutes.
