About the space

From 1 August 2023 two high quality desks for up to 2 people are offered for subletting in a prime location in the centre of Kreuzberg.

The desks are available in an open, bright and sunny space shared by two companies. Despite being an open-plan office, the space is very quiet on most days and provides a good opportunity for networking and socializing.

The price per workstation per month is €350 and includes a large meeting room (subject to availability), the use of our modern kitchen, free water, drinks (coffee, tea and juices), and fresh fruits.

You also receive a personal key for 24/7 access (including weekends) and a flexible contract with a monthly-cancellation- policy.

You won’t miss out on any great lunch and free time options anymore, as the neighborhood offers countless great restaurants and additionally has good transport connections (Kottbusser Tor, Görlitzer Bahnhof, Oranienplatz, Moritzplatz).
