About the space

Due to a move to a larger office, we are looking for a new tenant for our current office on the 1st floor at Pfalzburger Straße 43/44 at the beginning of July 2022. The office has a size of 244 square meters and is located in the heart of Berlin. The central location enables perfect access to public transport, shops, restaurants and conference facilities. In addition, the motorway can be reached in about 5 minutes (1.5 km) and thus offers great flexibility for commuters and drivers. A parking space in the video-monitored inner courtyard or in the underground car park is possible on request from the property management depending on capacity. Parking spaces outside the company complex are subject to a charge. Overall, the rooms are divided as follows: 2 small rooms (perfect for meeting or offices) 1 large open workspace 1 kitchen (incl. dishwasher) 2 bathrooms with toilet and sink All rooms (except bathrooms) have office carpets and PVC floors equipped and have ideally distributed power connections (installed in the floor). The window front always allows bright and illuminated rooms. Due to the open way of working, the office is perfect for start-up companies or smaller companies.
