About the space

Hello! We are a communications agency with 6 people, based in the charming Westhafen area of Berlin-Moabit. We are currently offering three fully furnished office spaces for sublease, available for a rental period of 3 to 12 months.

You can rent either individual rooms or the entire office space:

Room 1 – 32.69 sqm, up to 6 workstations. Adjacent to this room is a storage area that we occasionally need access to.
Room 2 – 19.79 sqm, up to 2 workstations. Next to this space is a creative room, which we continue to use if rented separately.
Room 3 – 31.06 sqm, suitable as a meeting/creative space or for up to 2 workstations. This room can only be used exclusively if the entire office space is rented.

All rooms are furnished with desks, chairs, and decorative details. High-speed WiFi is, of course, included. You also have access to our kitchen, which offers coffee, water, a kettle, and tea. The rental period is limited to a maximum of 12 months.

We are looking for tenants from the creative industries, service sector, communications, or PR – ideal for start-ups or new businesses.

Cleaning can be arranged based on your requirements and is billed separately. All prices are subject to 19% VAT. You will receive a sublease agreement for the commercial space.
