About the space

In our individual office building, located directly on the canal and in the middle of the newly created Katharinenquartier, we offer you a spacious area with a view of the water, a view of the newly created Katharinenviertel and the Speicherstadt:

3rd floor, approx. 253 m², very spacious, spread over 8 rooms with large windows and a representative reception area.

The area has its own area for the computer server and a spacious archive.

One room has a small balcony and an unobstructed view of the water as far as the Michel, and from the area facing the Grimm there are charming views of the St. Catherine’s Church and the newly created St. Catherine’s Quarter.

The area will be renovated in consultation with the tenant, new floor coverings, toilet facilities and a new kitchen will be installed according to the tenant’s wishes, so we have refrained from taking interior photos and look forward to showing you the rooms on site.

A change in the room layout is also conceivable, please do not hesitate to contact us!

The stairwell has an elevator and is equipped with practical motion detectors for the light.
