About the space

Desk workstation / entire office space / photo studio / gallery / pop-up store / retail space / video editing room / mmmmhhh and delicious coffee.

We have four desks free! We are Franziska and Stefan (me). Franz is a freelance artist and I work as a product designer with a number of Berlin start-ups (mainly in e-mobility).

Are you creative, not so creative or something else and need space to work? With us you get a desk, Wi-Fi, coffee and the opportunity to use our ‘multifunctional room’ for meetings, presentations, exhibitions, etc. On the upper floor there is the ‘indoor balcony’ for coffee breaks and a mini office if you need to needs a little more rest.

Four desks are just becoming available in the back room. An excellent opportunity to move in with several people. A total remodeling of the premises is also possible. By arrangement we can set up the large room as an office and turn the back office into a conference room.

There is the possibility to rent the entire large room, which has enough space for four desks. Rent for the whole space would be 500 EUR per month, deposit 1300 EUR. The back office would then be converted to the common room.
