The office offered here is divided into a large entrance area from which all 4 offices, the archive, the kitchenette and the separate ladies’ and gents’ toilets can be accessed. The unit also has a storage room. Each of the two large offices has an easily usable balcony. The residential and commercial building was built in 1995. An elevator system is available in the house.

The cold rent is € 1,395 plus € 220 in advance for additional costs and € 55 for a duplex parking space, plus VAT.
