About the space

Located in Kreuzberg, Sybil is a unique 480m² workspace and R&D hub designed for teams operating at the forefront of games, art, and experimental technology.

At its core is a 250m² shared area featuring an event space, lounge, kitchen, and collaborative workspace. Regularly activated through curated programming, residencies, and community events.

The available room is the largest unit at the space (98m²) and includes its own dedicated street-level entrance. The space comes furnished with five work tables and one large central table, making it easy for teams to move in and start working immediately.

Your team would benefit from Sybil’s shared infrastructure, including high-speed internet, cleaning services, utilities, and full access to all communal areas and public programming. The space is managed by an on-site operations and program team, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning as well as a curated cultural program.
