About the space

The office is on the ground floor and can be reached via the passage and the building entrance.

The office consists of three rooms, two of which face the street (Room 1 and Room 2) and one of which faces the courtyard (Room 3). In total the office is 89sqm.

There is a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a storage room. The kitchen is currently unfurnished and can potentially be used as an additional work space. All rooms can be reached directly via a small hallway.

The office walls were recently repainted and all electrical outlets were replaced.

Commission-free.

The lease for the office will only last for one year. We will only be able to agree from June/July 2024 whether the rental agreement can be extended for another year.

There is also the option of renting just two rooms if the entire office is too big. Then we, the owners, would use the third room ourselves as an office. In this case, the price of the rent would of course be lower as well as the additional costs.
