We would like to sublet a room in our office on Holsteiner Ufer. The space offers a quiet, green and at the same time central location by the water. Next door there are two pleasant and relaxed colleagues in the second office room. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The connection to public transport is ideal. The room is 35 square meters in size and is equipped with a desk and office chair. There is no separate entrance. For this reason, we are looking for a person who carries out an activity without public or customer traffic. The room is a walk-through room, but this usually doesn’t cause any disturbance as there are a maximum of two of us working in the second office and there is no public traffic. It can be used as a business address, including a mailbox that is used exclusively by the subtenant. The office is just one stop away from the main train station. The street right on the water is quiet and surrounded by greenery.
