The space is located on the ground floor of a previous hospital (built in 1890), which was renovated intensively and completed in 2010. The building is now protected as an historic monument.

The office consists of one large show room, two separate rooms, one open kitchen and two bathrooms. Further two cellar compartments provide sufficient possibilities for storage.

There is also access to a terrace leading to the backyard to step into the green.
