Hello! We are looking for subtenants for our beautiful new office located in the Backfabrik in Prenzlauer Berg, just a 5-minute tram ride from Alexanderplatz. Our space is spread over two floors (ground floor and mezzanine) and is designed to be both modern and functional. The sublet area is on the ground floor and includes its own kitchen. The price also includes access to a large shared kitchen, reception area with guest waiting area, fun room, restrooms, and a shower. An air conditioning system will be installed in fall 2024. Upon agreement, the following additional services can be arranged: exclusive or shared usage of 8 meeting rooms, including 2 phone booths, office plants, Front desk services (mail management, guest management, point of contact for the subtenant). Please note that utilities such as electricity, internet, cleaning, and the locking system are not included in the additional costs. The sublet space totals 457m², but can also be divided into smaller spaces. We are open to discussions and would be happy to arrange a viewing with you!
