We are part of an office community and there are two of us in our approx. 45 m² (lockable) office. Since we can never be in the office at the same time due to childcare, a desk is now free for at least 2 years (shorter periods are of course also possible for subletting).
The office also serves as a small warehouse for our online shop. Our main warehouse is outside of Berlin and is therefore only used sporadically for packing.

If an underground parking space is desired, it can also be rented separately from the house community, depending on availability.
