About the space

We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful office. Before we moved in at the beginning of 2022, all office space in the building was freshly renovated by the property management.

The office consists of:

• A large area

• A meeting room

• A kitchen (built in by us)

• A small storage area (with washing machine connections - as part of a trade)

• A bathroom with bath and shower (since part commercial)

• A guest toilet next to the entrance

On the large area we had a maximum of 18 tables (120x70) in blocks of 3x6 tables.

We installed the kitchen ourselves and should take it over.

Part of our inventory can be taken over if required.

The backyard is still being renovated. According to property management, the renovation will be completed by autumn 2022.

The office is located between Kotti and the Landwehr Canal and is therefore well connected to the U1, U3 and U8. There are both Rewe, as well as netto and Lidl nearby. There are many food and lunch options.
