Looking for a subtenant for a nice, bright office at Kottbusser Tor

Hello, we at Löwenzahn Organics moved to the Kreuzberg neighborhood around the Kottbusser Tor at the beginning of the year. We have 2 great offices here in the GSG Gewerbehof in Adalbertstr. rented. At the moment, both offices are still too big for our purposes, so we would like to sublet an office with approx. 155sqm.

The office is fully furnished with 10 desks and ergonomic desk chairs. We have installed a meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. In the meeting room there is also a table and 6 chairs that are perfectly integrated into the room. All furniture and fixtures are white or black, so you can easily add your own style. A fast internet connection via the company Hofnetz is also available.

Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms in the open, very bright office. The office has a separate entrance with a modern lock that can be opened using an app or transponders.

The total costs per month are €4000 (including heating/water heating and usage costs for the furniture). There is also internet, garbage disposal and electricity.
