I’m a designer and I’m looking for two co-users for a nice, bright, quiet 70m2 office loft. It is located in a green inner courtyard at the Eigelsteintorburg, which offers numerous cafes, restaurants and a great connection (U-Ebertplatz, Hansaring, Hbf/Breslauerplatz).
The loft is divided into a work area and a beautiful lounge area. It has a kitchen corner as well as a terrace right in front of the window.
Due to the incidence of light through two large ceiling windows, the room always has daylight. It is also suitable for photo shoots.
