About the space

The available office space of approx. 35 sqm is equipped with parquet flooring and is located in a light-flooded shop office. The area can be individually adapted and ideally discussed on site. The specified rental price is also adjusted depending on how many workstations are ultimately to be accommodated in the room. The gross price is around 700 EUR. This can initially serve as a guideline. This is then individually adapted in a personal conversation.

There is the possibility to use a meeting room with approx. 20 square meters, which is located in the basement. There is also a server room, which can be used if required. The data cabling for this is already in place.

The office space can accommodate up to four workstations. Desks can be provided if required.

A “quiet” trade is desired.

In the rear part, separated by a glass partition, there is a remaining existing trade (insurance broker). The office space is thus also a passage for the back room.

The kitchen and the toilet can be used together.
