About the space

Our 170 square meter bright floor is located in a quiet courtyard on the 2nd floor in an old craftsman’s building. All rooms are bright and friendly (south side) and freshly renovated. In the larger room (100 sqm) there is a shared tea kitchen and desk work stations that can be rented individually. In the second room there is a separate office (36 sqm) with additional seats, the meeting room and the two toilets.

Public connection:

• S-Bahnhof Bellevue (S3, S5, S7, S9)

• Turmstrasse underground station (U9, Flughafenexpress TXL and other bus lines)

• Bus line 245 stops right in front of the house, buses 123 and 187 just one street crossing away.

During lunchtime there are many opportunities for tasty and affordable lunch and coffee breaks in the nearby Kirchstraße. In summer, the “Moabiter Freiheit” beer garden invites you to take a creative break in the countryside or have a beer together after work. Not far from the office is the Helgoländer Ufer with a view of Bellevue Castle, where you can also take a wonderful break.
