A building that stands out in the truest sense of the word: At Josephspitalstraße 15, you’ll find one of the few tall buildings in downtown Munich. In the more modern offices, you’ll find a community of different industries divided into private offices and a coworking area. In addition, there are 2 meeting rooms, which are modern, bright and open.

Surroundings and area

Around the office building you can find everything you need for everyday life. Restaurants and cafés can be found in almost every street and a supermarket is only 100 meters away on Landwehrstraße. If you need some peace and quiet during your lunch break, you can go to the Nußbaumpark at Sendlinger Tor or to the Old Botanical Garden, which is located directly at Stachus.

Communications

The location of the offices is also outstanding. The building is located 300 m from Stachus and thus offers one of the best connections in Munich. The main train station can be reached in 5 minutes and the subway leaves at Stachus and Sendlinger Tor, both of which can be reached very quickly. The densest parking garage is the Stachus underground garage in Herzog-Wilhelm-Strasse, which is directly across the street from the building. But also the City-Parkhaus in Sattlerstraße is very easy to reach, from where it takes only 5 minutes to walk to Josephspitalstraße.
