About the space

We rent several rooms in our shared office.

The entire office covers 127 square meters and is located on the ground floor of a new building from 2015.

Office 2, meeting room and reception area are rented for sole use.

Common areas are guest toilet, tea kitchen and technical room.

The area is partly furnished:

The furniture in office 2 and in the meeting room can be bought for a fee.

The closet in office 2, the kitchen and the furniture in the reception area are included in the rent.

Europa-Allee 73, behind the Emser Bridge

In the middle of Frankfurt, between the Gallusviertel, Bockenheim and the main train station, a completely new residential and business district has been developing for a number of years: the Europaviertel.

It is characterized by the magnificent, wide Europa-Allee, which ends in the direction of the city center at the new Skylineplaza shopping center.

The transport connection is very good:

The S-Bahn stations “Messe” and “Galluswarte” are a 2-5 minute walk away. A bus leaves in front of the door in the direction of the main train station and it takes about 5-10 minutes by car to get to the BAB A5.

Since moving in at the beginning of 2015, the district has developed rapidly. More and more new buildings are being built in the direction of Rebstock and the retail spaces are gradually being rented out, creating a nice, lively atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to spend your breakfast or lunch break.
