GOOD MEDIUM ROOM SIZE

Both rooms are about 20 square meters and well laid out. The lights can be dimmed individually via smartphone. A wonderful environment for you and your clients.

LOCATION IN THE HEART OF HAMBURG ALTONA

The location in the colorful district of Altona is excellent. The property is easily accessible both by public transport and by car. You can enjoy the view of the Elbe during your lunch break. It is a five-minute walk to the “Altonaer Balkon” with park benches.

OPTIMAL TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS

5 S-Bahn lines and 12 bus lines from all over Hamburg lead directly here. The regional train from the Hamburg area stops directly at Altona station.

Drivers can find a stress-free parking space for just €1 per hour in the multi-storey car park, which is within walking distance.

There is even a way here by ship across the Elbe. The HVV ferry stops at Dockland pier. From there it is only one stop by bus.

MODERN EQUIPMENT

An internet connection is available via WLAN. There is also a telephone connection with a Europe-wide landline flat rate. Furthermore, a comfortable electronic access, heating and light control was installed.

Customers can open the door by radio remote control.

WELCOME

The entire property is approx. 50 m2 in size and has two therapy rooms, a spacious waiting room that can be used jointly and a modern client toilet. All rooms have been renovated and laid out with high-quality oak parquet

The rooms belong to a psychological practice with a discreet, friendly and calm atmosphere. Ideal for all therapeutic and consulting professions with low or medium customer traffic.
