The Düsseldorf office community has been at home in the quiet rear office building on the Fürstenwall since 2003.

There are several individual offices (see illustration) in different sizes (depending on the office from approx. 20 sqm to 40 sqm) for one or more people.

The offices are located at Fürstenwall 228 and at Gustav-Poensgen Str. 29 (backyard building). It is characterized by a quiet yet very central location.

Fürstenplatz is a 1-minute or 3-minute walk from the offices, as are trams 708/709 and 701/703. The train station is about 5 minutes away and the nearest motorway (A46) is about 4 minutes away.

Supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Each workplace in the individual office is equipped as follows:
