The “Aviator House” is an office building built in 1987 and furnished to a high standard in a prime location in the Dortmund Technology Park.

Emil-Figge-Str. 85 has seven separate office units on four levels. The units are accessed via a representative, gallery-like corridor area. An elevator completes the barrier-free comfort.

A separate rental of partial areas is possible without any problems.

There is a direct connection to the north and south campus of the university via the H-Bahn.

Another public transport connection is the S-Bahn line 1, which connects the park via the Dortmund University stop with Dortmund Central Station and various universities such as the Ruhr University in Bochum, the University of Duisburg-Essen and the Heinrich-Heine -University of Düsseldorf connects. There are two bus stops in front of the building itself.
