About the space

A furnished, centrally located office space is offered for subletting in the heart of Berlin. It is a total of 109 sqm on the 4th floor of the side wing of a large office building directly at Checkpoint Charlie (Alfandary Haus).

The area is divided into three offices, as well as a toilet room, a kitchenette and a storage room.

The kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, shelving, storage space and basic equipment with cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. The toilet room is intended for unisex use. The storage room has a built-in shelving system and offers plenty of storage space.

A separate entrance in the side wing, which also has an elevator, leads to the offices, which have plenty of daylight due to their location on the 4th floor and the large window front. On hot summer days, electric blinds and air conditioning ensure that everyone keeps a cool head.

We let the space fully equipped and (if desired) including internet access and cleaning service, so that the subtenants can start using it as an office from day one. There is also the option of taking over the regular lease from May 2024, provided that all requirements are met.

The total rent is EUR 4,604.16 including all costs (rent including heating, electricity, internet access, cleaning, furniture rental).
