About the space

The office is located in an old building in Charlottenburg near Ku’damm/Meyerinckplatz in a very quiet yet central location.

The office itself is located on the mezzanine floor of a residential building and impresses with its light-flooded rooms and high ceilings with stucco elements.

The 21 m² of office space for rent is lockable. Up to 3 people can comfortably fit here and concentrated and undisturbed work is possible at any time. Upon agreement, up to 4 people could work here. The room can also be used as a conference room for up to 6 people.

In the design thinking room, which can be shared by arrangement, there is a projector/Apple TV and large whiteboards that allow ideas to be developed and workshops to be held.

LOCATION & INFRASTRUCTURE

Office location: Near Kurfürstendamm (200 meters), Adenauerplatz (200 meters), Meyerinckplatz (100 meters) and the Charlottenburg S-Bahn (400 meters). There are good connections by public transport.

Shopping: From luxury labels (Ku’damm) to cheaper shops in the pedestrian zone (Wilmersdorfer Straße) - everything your heart desires.

Culinary: A wide range of numerous cafés and (good and inexpensive) restaurants are around the corner or within walking distance (Kantstrasse).

The main tenant is a German/English-speaking consulting agency in the areas of brand management, communication and innovation. There are currently a maximum of 3 other people present in separate rooms.

Conditions

Minimum term: 2 months

Notice period: 2 months to the end of the month

Deposit: 1 month’s rent
