About the space

From May we will rent two spaces in our newly founded agency on Ackerstraße in Berlin-Mitte. The area around Rosenthaler Platz is Berlin’s culinary hotspot - and an ideal starting point for lunch dates, business meetings or culinary forays into the lunch break.

The rent includes internet, coffee, cleaners, insurance and extremely nice company. You can also use a conference room.

The office is divided into a front office and a backyard office. In between are confi, kitchen and toilets, which are used jointly.

The pictures show the furnishing of the previous tenants. The office will be redesigned in the next few weeks. You can see a foretaste on the planning sketch by the interior designer.

Here you will find everything you need for a productive working atmosphere: peace and quiet as well as creative exchange, a conference room, indoor and outdoor retreats and a fully equipped kitchen.

The office is a 200 square meter adventure workplace. A total of 19 places are distributed over 2 units.

We look forward to tenants who ideally come from a similar direction (design, communication, development), but it is not a rental condition.
