There is an open office area with air conditioning throughout. Meeting rooms and collaboration areas are available in various sizes and different setups. There are also private working areas. Kitchens are available on every floor with plenty of room to eat, sit, and relax together. Bathroom facilities include 2 showers.

The building is highly efficient and has been certified with DGNB Gold. It also features automatic external blinds with wind guards and utilizes geothermal energy for cooling and heating.
