About the space

We are mostly working from home on the long run and can therefore offer 1-3 rooms for subletting. Our office is located at the Viktoria-Luise-Platz in Schöneberg, recently voted the most beautiful square in Berlin, on the 4th floor of a magnificent old building with all its typical features: high ceilings, large windows, ripped-off floorboards, bright rooms. Despite the elevator in the staircase, however, barrier-free access is unfortunately not possible. Up to three rooms can be sublet. Each of the three has about 23 sqm and can (but does not have to) be rented furnished as shown in the photo. One room even has a balcony. This balcony faces north, but is not unbearably sunny and hot in summer. There are also two bathrooms in the office, one of which (with bathtub and shower) is larger than some of Berlin’s rental apartments. The rental price of €900/room includes all utilities, heating and internet costs. The shared use of the kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove) is also included.

We are looking for nice, quiet non-smokers as subtenants.
