About the space

We rent one or more office spaces on our office floor. An office space has approx. 20 square meters and costs €690 including all additional costs. The office is in a central location, in the middle of the up-and-coming train station district on the 1st floor on Münchener Straße. Five minutes walk to the main train station, two minutes to Willy-Brandt-Platz. We have a total of five large rooms for rent. Four of the rooms face the street with large window fronts, one room faces the quiet inner courtyard. The entire floor is a former apartment in an old building, ie all rooms have very high ceilings and are therefore very bright, spacious and simply inviting.

The last renovation work is currently taking place, ie it is a first-time occupancy when renting. We are happy to provide suitable office equipment (chairs, desks, etc.) and infrastructure (printer) if you are interested in renting furnished. The price includes electricity, heating, water, fast internet, cleaning lady, GEZ and all other additional costs, which means full cost control. Deposit, rental period, notice periods are negotiable, and we are not fixed for the industry of your company either. Freelancers, start-up founders, programmers, financial advisors and artists, etc. are welcome. We have our own office on the same floor and are interested in a good shared office.

The office is housed in a renovated old building. Very high ceilings and large window fronts ensure bright rooms and a pleasant working atmosphere. The floor consists of real wood parquet and there are two large bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen on the floor.
