About the space

The closed and lockable room (not barrier-free) has approx. 20 square meters, almost square and is very well suited, for example, as a classic study for 2-3 people, as a meeting room (up to 8), as a (psycho)therapy room, club office or as a mini office for tax consultants / lawyers and for all creative professions.

Another room of about 8 square meters could be used optionally.

From the room you have a beautiful view of the opera and the NordLB.

Use possible including seating area, telephone, internet, fax, printer, copier, tea kitchen, toilet.

Costs:

Monthly cold rent €240 plus utilities flat rate €150 = €390

Electricity flat rate (cannot be billed) = 50, - €

OPTIONAL including office communication (letterbox, door sign, telephone, fax, copier, WiFi, Internet) as an “all inclusive” so to speak for €590 per month.

Long-term agreement (2 years) required.

There are currently two psychotherapists and we (TRIO Assekuranz) in the shared office, as well as the current user who conducts training there. Further office units are located in the hallway: a trade association and two further group practices for psychologists.
