About the space

We rent two beautiful offices (approx. 18 square meters per room) in a recently renovated office building. The total area of the office floor is 300sqm. The offices were planned by a well-known architect and implemented to a high standard. The extensively renovated office floor has a reception, a large meeting room for 16 people as well as a communal kitchen and an archive room. The rent including heating for the two offices is €550 plus VAT. The rental price includes electricity, heating, water and internet.

Office space is rented unfurnished. The attached pictures are furnishing examples from the rooms we use.

The house is located at Sternstraße 9-11 directly at the Hofgarten and within walking distance to Nordstraße and the city center.
