About the space

We offer modern and bright office space for rent in our nice office community!

Our rooms have a large window front with electronically controlled external blinds.

The offices are furnished and ready to move into. All you have to do is come in and you can start working immediately.

A fully equipped kitchen with a seating area is available for shared use. The use of a kettle, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator is already included in the office rent.

Our conference room can be booked by prior arrangement. It offers enough space for confidential meetings, even in larger groups. In addition to a TV, the equipment also includes various floor boxes with sockets and a flipchart.

If the weather is nice, you can spend your lunch break on our balcony or in the nearby park. In addition to the Campus Suite on the ground floor of the building, there is a Chinese snack bar and an EDEKA center with a bakery within walking distance.

We are interested in long-term joint planning.

The rooms are centrally and conveniently located in beautiful Hamburg-Eppendorf, in a quiet side street with no through traffic.

The A7 and A23 motorways and the airport can be reached in a few minutes by car. Various bus lines and the underground station “Kellinghusenstraße” are very close by.
