About the space

The new space will open in August 2017. Viewings are now possible.

rent24’s new coworking space is located directly on Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin Mitte. A wide variety of offices (from 2 people to 12 people), lounge areas, activity rooms, conference rooms, tea kitchens and much more are spread over six floors.

Two large coworking areas with individual workstations are also available. Our highlight is the 13 meter high glass dome on the third floor with a view of the television tower.

Position:

The subway station Hausvogteiplatz is 200 meters away and Berlin Central Station 3.6 km. Tegel Airport is 11 km away and Schönefeld Airport is 20 km away.

The new space is surrounded by many different restaurants and cafés, where you as a rent24 member can take advantage of exclusive offers.

Community:

In the various lounge areas you can relax or hold short meetings. Our regular community events are free and perfect for networking.
