This bright office is located at Stresemannstrasse 48 and impresses with its generously designed area of 210 m². The space is divided into different rooms, providing productive space for teams of all sizes.

The “Mexico” room, with around 15.5 m², offers space for 2-3 workstations, while the “Egypt” room with almost 8.2 m² is ideal for 1-2 workstations.

The “Ghana” room fits 1-2 workstations on approximately 7.7 m². In the room There is space for 4-5 desks on 27 m² in the “Indonesia” room.

In the “Kenya” room you will find enough space for inspiring meetings.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to indulge in culinary delights.

There are 8 workstations with reception in the open area, which is ideal for collaborative work.

The entire office space is stylishly furnished, including various workstations in the open area and individually furnished individual offices.

There are two pricing options:

You can rent the entire office for a flat rate of 6,000 euros (net).

Or you can opt for individual rental.

Egypt: 850 Euro

Ghana: 750 Euros

Indonesia: 2,700 Euros

Mexico: 1.700 Euro

The contract duration should be at least 6 months, and the notice period is flexibly negotiable.
