About the space

We have extra space for you, 700 bright square meters, freshly expanded for coworking needs - large tables, the best feeling of space thanks to windows on 3 sides and high ceilings. Here you will find a creative environment, of course professional infrastructure such as high-speed WiFi and 24/7 access. A high-desk area, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee included). You can register your address here. Lots of green, printer, shower, cleaning are included.

Inspiring meeting rooms with projectors, large flat screens, telephone booths and a team area for 6 are available. In addition, there is also a photo studio that can be darkened with lots of lighting equipment, backgrounds and a product table. And for even more space, we have the open space - up to 150 square meters of industrial space with sound, light and seating as desired.

Depending on how much service you want, we have different tariffs:

• Flex Desk €130 per month (community table, scanner, printer, 200 MBit/s WLAN, kitchen, lounge, community events, coffee, tea, filtered water, access: Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thurs to 10 p.m.)

• Fix Desk 200€ monthly (own desk, scanner, printer, 200 MBit/s WLAN, postal address, kitchen, lounge, community events, coffee, tea, filtered water, access: 24/7)

• Fix Desk with Premium Service Package 300 monthly (own desk by the window, scanner, printer, office supplies, 200 MBit/s WLAN, postal address, post-scan service, 4-hour meeting room use, kitchen, lounge, community events, monthly workshop, coffee , tea, filtered water, fruit, access: 24/7)

The team area from August 2018 for 6 desks with premium service for 220 euros per desk.

The rooms can be booked by the hour, also on weekends and externally and our team will be happy to help you with the organization. Drinks and snacks are available at all times, catering is possible by arrangement.
