The office is located in the heart of Berlin on Friedrichstraße, near the Brandenburg Gate and can be occupied immediately. The room has 6 seats and is fully air-conditioned. The rent includes the use of a large fitted kitchen, cleaning costs and of course the use of the toilets. The entire office space is equipped with a 250 Mbit/s line.

The room is rented for 6 months (negotiable). The contract can also be extended on request.

Furthermore, we also offer our meeting room with 6 seats for subletting. Included are drinks, coffee, and a convertible pool table. This package would cost a total of €2,800/m.
