The future, 1400 m² location includes 38 rooms with a total capacity of up to 200 coworkers. The room sizes are between 3 and 10 workstations. Of course, several offices can be rented next to each other to accommodate the entire team. The Space also offers the possibility of having a dedicated space for your business while being able to use and enjoy the common areas (lounge, kitchen, phone booths…).

The office in the Haus am Platz, right in the historic center of Potsdam, will open in summer 2019 as the first of our workspaces outside of Berlin. This modern new building with a historic ambience is located on one of the best-preserved baroque squares in Europe. The buildings have more the character of representative town houses. The place is quiet and shielded behind rows of houses.

Furnishing

All workstations are equipped with functional furniture and can be flexibly canceled on a monthly basis. Bright rooms, regionally manufactured desks and ergonomic office chairs make the rooms your office.

All rooms are “fully furnished” and ready to start working. Everything is included for you:

• Furniture & equipment (table, chair, lamp, mobile container, rubbish bin, wardrobe)
