About the space

As a service provider, we are currently the sole tenant of very well-kept premises totaling approx. 230 m².

Up to 6 office spaces are available for sub-letting. The sizes of the rooms are between approx. 16 m² and 30 m². In addition to the offices, there is a common waiting area, a common basement room, a kitchenette and 2 toilets.

The rent for 4 rooms (approx. 115 m², rooms 1 to 4 in the floor plan) is EUR 1,200.00 per month. There is also a flat rate of €400 for additional costs. This includes not only the usual additional costs, but also heating and electricity.

Room 5 and 6 or 2 rooms are available immediately. Another 4 rooms or rooms 1 to 4 can be rented by arrangement.

You are welcome to rent up to 6 rooms.
