About the space

The offered office space is 25.5 square meters and is located on the garden side. It has a large window front and is nice and bright. The room is offered unfurnished and is available immediately or by appointment.

Cleaning once a week is included in the price, as is the Internet and Germany telephone flat rate.

We are looking for someone who would like to rent long-term and has as little “direct customer contact” / “public traffic” as possible. A short-term lease for a few months (e.g. as a “corona transitional solution”) is unfortunately not possible.

Rent incl. utilities: EUR 699.00 net plus flat rate of EUR 125.00 net (for telecommunications etc. and common areas).

❗Due to the notice period, the office would be available with a lead time of 6 months, but possibly earlier by arrangement❗

We are 6 companies/individuals (businessman, publishing editor, insurance, shipbuilding engineers, director of sales promotions) on the entire mezzanine floor of a modern office building on Koopstraße, a quiet townhouse street in the Eimsbüttel district.

The office community has a total of 6 separate rooms, a large anteroom/corridor and a large kitchen.

Documents to be submitted before signing the contract:

a. Business registration or extract from the commercial register

b. Front and back of the owner’s or director’s identity card

c. Registration confirmation from the owner or manager

i.e. SCHUFA information from the tenant or, in the case of a corporation, a Creditreform self-information on the company
