About the space

We, a small graphics agency in Kreuzberg, rent a room or alternatively at least 2 or 3 workspaces in our very representative office (total area 125 sqm), depending on your needs. This is very easy to reach by public transport and is in the immediate vicinity of the corner of Mehringdamm and Gneisenaustraße. The surrounding area is very inviting, there are many restaurants and pubs nearby, good shopping facilities and Der Park am Gleisdreick is a ten-minute walk away.

The rooms are approx. 3.80 meters high, which means that the office has above-average air conditioning even in summer.

The rental price is net, including the usual ancillary costs (water, electricity, heating, internet) and all other costs such as cleaning, security, etc.):

• €650 for at least 2 workstations (maximum €325 per workstation)

• €900 for the entire room, plus cleaning (approx. €35 per month if desired). The entire room offers space for up to 5 workstations. Together with the joint use of the kitchen and the printer room, including the possibility for meetings, approx. 60 square meters are available.

There is a separate server room and an extra material room.
