About the space

One of our next projects is the redesign of an office and commercial building in the city center of Wuppertal-Elberfeld, located directly on the Wupper and the suspension railway and near the “City Arkaden” and the main train station. The surrounding area is characterized by well-known shops and good local amenities.

Our office and business NEW BUILDING is located directly on the B7 federal road. From the Wuppertal Suspension Railway (with approx. 80,000 passengers/day) you have a direct view of the NEUBAU.

The former department store “Koch am Wall” was dismantled down to the basement in 2014 and then rebuilt.

We are happy to offer you different rental variants (from the refined shell construction to self-conversion to the fully developed rental space according to the tenant’s wishes).

Four floors in the new building have already been rented to the auditing and tax auditing company “Rinke Treuhand GmbH” from Wuppertal. A part of the area on the ground floor has been rented to a well-known bank.

A total area of approx. 1,100 m² is available on the 4th floor. In addition, there is further office and practice space on the 1st floor with approx. 900 m². A smaller division (from 250 m²) is possible. If you need a different area size, please contact us.

Additional commercial uses are planned for the ground floor.
