About the space

Hi! We are a small coworking community made of 3 young people: Dax and Manu, 2 freelancers operating in the fashion sector and Nunzio, ex-translator specialized in audiovisual translation, now working as a sales man for an Italian company.

We are looking for friendly, reliable and easygoing people who want to share our cozy coworking space located right in the middle of Berlin.

There is the possibility to rent a whole room of 38 qm. It is furnished with 4 workingplaces (desk: brand Eiermann). The whole room costs 699 EUR.

Otherwise you can rent just one table. The monthly rent is 199 EUR.

Inclusive is: - All extra costs ( heating, electricity etc.) - 24/7 access to the space with your own key - High Speed Internet (100 Mbit/s ) - Shared Kitchen with electric coffee machine (also espresso) - Outdoor area with table and chairs ideal for having lunch/snack etc. - Use of postal address and/or official company address - Use of copy machine/printer/scanner/landline telephone (if needed)

Our space is on the ground floor but has a high light exposure and it’s very easy to reach by metro (U6 Kochstrasse/Checkpoint Charlie, U2 Stadtmitte) Bus (M29) and car (public parking just outside the office). We are looking forward to meeting our new future coworker!
