A total of 12 workstations (ie desks, including IT equipment (monitors), WLAN) are available. Computers or laptops can also be provided on request. One or more workstations can be rented.
The loft office has approx. 150 square meters with a light-flooded window front and a spacious layout. It has very high ceilings with a ceiling projector and retractable screen. You have a very nice view over Darmstadt, since the loft office is on the 8th floor (with elevator). There is also a large balcony that can be used as a smoking area.
The office building is very conveniently located near the main train station in Darmstadt and the HDA (Mensa) (approx. 5 minutes on foot) and can be easily reached by public transport.
In addition, there are 2 meeting rooms, a kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and shared toilets.
If desired, individual workstations or groups of workstations can be rented.
Minimum rental period: on a negotiable basis
The rent is from €180 per month/per workplace
A workplace is about 10 square meters.
