About the space

A completely furnished, renovated Plug & Play office is available for rent. The loft office is on the 3rd floor in the 1st backyard on the popular Kastanienallee. The connection to local public transport is very good: the underground station Eberswalder Str. is within walking distance, and the tram lines M1 and M12 also run right in front of the door.

The office is currently equipped with 10 permanent workstations (8x in the large room, 2x in a separate office room. In consultation, the office can be expanded by 2-4 additional workstations. If desired, the office can also be rented without desks.
